## Nature of the service
A public, read-only AI agent that gives INFORMATIONAL answers about Belgian and
Dutch private-client legal and fiscal topics, resolves public-source references,
and drafts CONCEPT documents. It is a source of legal INFORMATION, not legal
ADVICE.

## No advice, no lawyer relationship, no privilege
- Using this agent creates NO attorney-client (advocaat-cliënt) relationship.
- No legal professional privilege (beroepsgeheim) attaches to anything you send
  or receive here.
- Answers and concept documents are general information and drafts; they are not
  tailored legal advice and must be reviewed by a licensed advocaat, notary or
  tax adviser before you rely on, sign, file or act on them.

## No transaction, no agency, no commerce
This agent sells nothing, takes no payment, holds no funds, and cannot bind you
or any third party to any obligation. Concept documents are unsigned drafts, not
executed instruments. Nothing here is an offer, acceptance, or a contract.
